∎ Job Summary:
∎ Sheba Holdings Ltd. is launching a new sister concern focused on the import, supply, and installation of lifts and elevators in Bangladesh. We are hiring a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead and grow this new venture. The GM will be responsible for strategy, operations, business development, team leadership, and profitability.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement business strategies for market entry and growth.
∎ • Build and manage partnerships with international lift/elevator manufacturers.
∎ • Oversee procurement, import logistics, and regulatory compliance.
∎ • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and client engagement.
∎ • Ensure top-quality installation, service, and after-sales support.
∎ • Monitor local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
∎ • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
∎ • Supervise cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operations, supply chain).
∎ • Report to the Board of Directors on strategic and operational performance.
∎ Educational Qualifications:
∎ * Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or any Reputed University.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ * Minimum 7-10 years in leadership roles, preferably in the lift/elevator or construction industry
∎ * Proven expertise in import operations, supply chain, and technical product distribution
∎ Skills & Competencies:
∎ • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
∎ • Knowledge of elevator systems and safety regulations.
∎ • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.
∎ • Fluency in Bengali and English; proficiency in MS Office/ERP.
