This role encompasses comprehensive management of e-commerce operations, including strategic planning, content creation, and team leadership.### Responsibilities:
∎ - Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
∎ - Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and content management via WordPress.
∎ - Oversee inventory and supply chain management.
∎ - Lead digital marketing initiatives and manage social media platforms.
∎ - Create engaging content, including video editing and scriptwriting for promotional activities.
∎ - Analyze sales data and market trends to adapt business strategies.
∎ - Handle customer service issues, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
∎ - Monitor employee performance closely, providing feedback and development support to enhance team productivity.
∎ - Lead and motivate the team to achieve business and creative goals.
∎ ### Required Qualifications:
∎ - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
∎ - Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion industry.
