Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ownership of P&L for a new business: drive top line revenues while optimizing bottom line expenses.
∎ Collaborate with regional and local cross functional teams (Creative & Development, Marketing, Finance and Product), to define TechForing commercial Strategy and OKRs.
∎ Drive the HR & Operational team of TechForing, to ensure speed, efficiency, and scalability of Ops processes.
∎ Drive the Commercial team of TechForing, including team managers and demand planners to develop and execute optimal category strategy, pricing, promotions, availability etc.
∎ Balance high-level, strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
∎ Keep a close eye on commercial, operational and financial KPIs; step in when certain metrics need improvement.
∎ Collaborate with regional and local cross functional teams to define and execute the TechForing expansion strategy.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the TechForing business to ensure attainment of all relevant KPIs.
∎ Employ data-driven decision making to drive the business.
∎ Candidates having any degree related to engineering/any IT-related field/possessing any professional degree in cyber security will be given high preference.
