Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency in terms of raw materials & consumables.
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
∎ Train and evaluate others.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to management.
∎ Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and suppliers.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
∎ Reduce lead times. Achieve cost savings and optimize the communication effectiveness.
∎ Ensure material resource planning which will be mainly focused on improvements in the productivity and efficiency.
∎ Always Market evaluates and maintain comparative price list to negotiate with suppliers.
∎ Make necessary liaison with respective production head, merchandising department/team in charge, Commercial and account as and when require.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali

Salary: Negotiable
