∎ Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including sales, design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
∎ Ensure the division meets its goals and objectives.
∎ Lead and manage a team of professionals.
∎ Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial solar projects and TCO of utilities.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and technical excellence.
∎ Depth knowledge and experience on standardization, certificate, institution, funding, and grants, across the globe.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in industrial solar, off-grid, on-grid & net metering.
∎ Strong knowledge of design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
∎ Strong knowledge of ESS (Energy Storage System).
∎ Excellent team-leading and management skills.
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
