∎ Age 40 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the daily operations and supply chain management of all Pulse Plants of the Group.
∎ Maintain and follow-up production schedule according to the demand.
∎ Develop, maintain and manage the operations cost & budget in a systematic way.
∎ Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.
∎ Following up local and international market trends to set yearly sales forecast of Pulse Business.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the improvements in the sales result as well as individual performance
∎ Maintain and develop an error free distribution channel for smooth delivery operations.
∎ Monitoring customers’ and vendors’ feedback/problems and solving them within Companies rules & regulations without delay.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
