Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the HR department; Planning HR and Admin activities
∎ Lead Recruitment, Selection, and onboarding processes
∎ Oversee compensation, payroll, and Benefits administration
∎ Overseeing office management
∎ Managing employee relations
∎ Implement organizational development (OD) and change management strategies
∎ Manage HR operations, records, and reporting
∎ Oversee performance management, appraisals, and KPIs
∎ Lead training & development initiatives, and succession planning
∎ Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
∎ Visa processing (Work Permit, Visa Extension, Visa recommendation through BIDA and related task for any foreign employee)
∎ Communicating & maintaining a strong liaison with the clients and consultants
∎ Managing office supplies stock and place orders
∎ Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ Organising a filing system for important and confidential company documents
∎ Answers queries by employees and clients
∎ Inventory check list, furniture management, replacement & decoration
∎ Light Vehicle Fleet management, including driver management
∎ Assisting management team during higher official visits
∎ Assisting project billing submission
∎ Forwarding and corresponding letters and emails
∎ Schedule in-house and external events
