Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the business and ensure the creation, reviewing and implementation of a strategy designed & plan to grow the business.
∎ Coordinating employees and supervise and lead lower-level managers.
∎ Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers and engage in key or targeted customer activities.
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organisations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Increases management's effectiveness by hiring and talent development programs; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions.
∎ Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis and recommending objectives.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering & Construction Industry
∎ Practical working experience in HR, Admin & Accounts.
∎ Linguistic Skill: Good written and spoken in Bengali & English.
∎ Candidates having skill in Japanese language will be given priority.
∎ Should have mentality to work with Top management as supporting personnel.
∎ Should have mentality to visit Japan for Short- Term training purposes.
∎ Previous working experience as a General Manager/Manager position in a Engineering & Construction Company which have at least 100 employees.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ In case of more experience candidates, salary range is changeable
