Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate employees and supervise and lead lower-level managers
∎ Perform market research and Sensitivity analysis of possible opportunities
∎ Provide suggestions for business growth
∎ Suggest ideas for increasing revenue
∎ Suggest improvements for employee engagement
∎ Create, review and implement effective business plans
∎ Attend meetings, trainings, seminars and conferences
∎ Obtains profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities.
∎ Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis and recommending objectives.
∎ Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections.
∎ Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices and coordinating actions with corporate staff.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Industry;
∎ Language: Standard level of skill in both English & Bangla;
∎ Candidate having good knowledge in Japanese language is given priority.

∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality with analytical competence.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Previous working experience as a General Manager/Manager position.

∎ A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
∎ Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ In case of more experience candidates, salary range is changeable
