∎ Neuron Educare Limited is a UK-based student consultancy company. We offer counseling services to international students who intend to undertake higher education at institutions in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. We are looking for a Male General Manager at our office:
∎ Candidates are expected to be goal-oriented, confident, quick learner, and very good in English speaking and writing. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, smart, punctual, honest, and self-motivated individuals to fulfill the following post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
∎ Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
∎ Hiring new staff within a department or business unit.
∎ Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
∎ Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients.
∎ Developing new solutions to meet client needs.
∎ Improving internal processes for better productivity.
∎ Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
∎ Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
∎ Experience in planning and budgeting.
∎ Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
