Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc. & BSc. degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University. Candidates from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & DUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity and optimum production costs.
∎ Responsible for overall cement plant maintenance.
∎ Monitoring cement production, packing & delivery operations.
∎ Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvements in quality standards of the cement plant.
∎ Reviewing cost parameters & ensuring process improvements and innovation.
∎ Responsible for all technical and quality audits.
∎ Providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment / machinery.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have at least 12-15 years' experience in Cement Industry. Those who haven't worked in cement industry need not to apply.
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience as Deputy General Manager / General Manager in any cement company.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Those who completed Diploma degree first then completed B.Sc need not to apply.
∎ Those who applied before and attended the interview need not to apply.
