Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Marketing or any discipline from any affiliated university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and Lead the team of customer service to meet the satisfaction of customers and landowners as per company policy. Through level best services.
∎ Coordinating and Monitoring the work program of deferent projects of engineering department to ensure the quality as per company standard & land deed.
∎ Policy & strategy development and Over all monitoring the landowners and customers satisfaction to the company as per land & sale deed.
∎ Supervision and development of quality work as company policy and standard as well.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering Department for project work regarding intime handover.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward landowner and customers as well.
∎ Ensure smooth cooperation between customer and other team members through effective communication.
∎ Physical project visits as need as well.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Must be proactive & need good communication skills.
∎ Require strong skill leadership focus to resolving both customer and team member concern issues.
∎ Team leader must have accountable for their actions as well as for active of his team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 8-10-year(s) experience of customer service in Real estate industry.
∎ AutoCAD & Estimation knowledge is mandatory
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal, in English)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
