Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and submit master and monthly work program of all the sites.
∎ Prepare the monthly material budget for all sites.
∎ To involve in the construction procurement process at a specific time of every month.
∎ Taking Daily work progress report & making tomorrows plan.
∎ After visiting all the sites physically, submit the report of Q.C & site staffs to the management on regular basis.
∎ Ensure & manage the good resource of efficient and financially capable sub-contractors.
∎ Arrange & coordinate project handover programs.
∎ Quality control & supervision of works at every level as per work schedule.
∎ Make a quality checking before the handover of a site.
∎ Prepare progress report comparing to the Master program & scheduled monthly program.
∎ Ensure the project resources like manpower, Materials, Drawing etc.
∎ Coordinate engineering activities with other departments providing advice, counseling as & when it is required.
∎ Keeping a record of all the issues of paper works & make an annual report by the records.
∎ Liaison with clients and a variety of professionals including Architects, Electromechanical, Plumbing, consultants.
∎ Any kind of Jobs that will assign by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate should have 20 to 25 years of work experience in the Real Estates sectors.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering and Quality Control.
∎ Sound Mathematical, Technical and analytical skills.
∎ Proactive, Self-motivated, Self-directed.
Salary: Negotiable
