Job Responsibilities:

∎ Innovative and transformative approaches to construction methodologies are continually emerging to improve efficiency, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Investigates and explores new technology and concepts for potential application within our existing methodology.
∎
∎ Provides in-depth technical expertise throughout research, discovery, and new phases of cost effective and innovative sources of material, technology, and other relevant things.
∎ Generates comprehensive and coherent new construction management planning reports, capturing all relevant information essential for business investments and handoff to product realization teams like architects and marketing team.
∎ The successful exploitation of new ideas and leveraging technologies or business models to add value where the organization stands (Status Quo); specially in engineering. Some examples of transformation approaches in construction methodologies are: prefabrication and modular construction, BIM, 3D printing, green building practices, lean construction, digital twins, AR, VR, low impact foundations, circular construction.

∎ Planning, managing, and coordination of projects and stakeholders:
∎
∎ Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope
∎ BOQ, costing, cost estimation, cost control, supervising, and monitoring all aspects of the project.

∎ Engineering assessment:
∎
∎ Having knowledge and expertise in structural engineering to perform various types engineering assessments of buildings and structures.
∎ Develop a detailed engineering assessment which includes a detailed structural engineering investigation and reporting of all the building structures.
∎ In depth assessment of the real estate project engineering aspects such as site evaluation, structural design and analysis, utility infrastructure, drainage and storm water management, transportation and access, environmental compliance, sustainability and green building practices, safety and building code, risk assessment, cost estimation, quality assurance and control
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Have excellent project management and leadership skills
∎ Have extensive experience in coordination with cross functional teams
∎ Experienced in the completion and managing of mid-sized to large projects in Bangladesh.
∎ Complete understanding of the entire project's lifecycle including feasibility study, budgeting, design development, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
∎ Expertise using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required and MS Project preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
∎ Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
