Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) campaign, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
∎ Overseeing and following up on daily tasks related to Admin, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless communication and administration across the organization.
∎ Managing and mentoring the communications and administrative teams to foster a productive and positive work environment.
∎ Reporting directly to the Managing Director and providing regular updates on the progress of campaigns and Admin activities.
