Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical from BUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, Brac University, North South University.
∎ MBA, IBA- Dhaka University, will get preference.

∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the Rolling mills and Conversion plant.
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
∎ Having strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills.
∎ Awareness of current Safety, Health, Environmental and Employment, legislation. Understanding of internal/external customer/supplier relationships.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation.
∎ Should have the in-depth technical knowledge.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Plant Machinery, Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Knowledge of foreign languages will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have experience in communication and Coordination with OEM (ordering to installation & Commissioning of machine).
∎ Lead and manage the Business Development Process including identifying and developing business strategies through opportunities in local and international market.
∎ Design & Implement Business Development Plan.
∎ Machinery Development and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
∎ Prepare relevant event’s calendar and share with Management for their consideration of Company’s.
∎ Participation or sending representative in Fair/Expo in home and abroad.
∎ Also followed up the registration process and prepare marketing material (as and when required) for successful participation.
∎ Corporate and development sector in communication, coordination and supply chain.
∎ Executed project feasibility study, financial data analysis, financial calculation including operation & management planning.
∎ Vendor development for Raw Material and Packaging Material based on Company’s requirement. Sourcing quality material from cost effective vendors from home and abroad. Finalize negotiation and open LC.
∎ Local Procurement for Production and Project as and when required.
∎ Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirement·
∎ International marketing and sales, maintaining export customers’ accounts, supply chain & procurement: raw and packaging material sourcing to LC opening, products packaging development, liaison with advertising agency.
