Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling Projects from Start to finish to ensure high Quality, Innovative & Functional Design.
∎ Responsibilities to Run the Architect Department Efficiently with Quality output of Architectural
∎ Design in Respect of Stipulated Time & Budget.
∎ Co-Ordinate & Liaison with other Departments to ensure Timely Delivery of Quality Projects
∎ accurately with utmost Management Satisfaction.
∎ Understand Engineering Drawings Related to Work, Particularly Architectural and Structural
∎ Drawings & Other Associated detail Drawings on the basis of present Rajuk Rules.
∎ Architect_ GM will supervise & oversee the team to Develop all the Architectural drawings as
∎ well as the budget & all other related activities like preparing the schedule of Architectural
∎ design & Drawing of total Projects & Transfer to Construction related Departments for Action
∎ He will be Responsible for following up on New Projects from Planning, Drawing, and Material
∎ Selection. & working with other team members. Check Slab layouts before casting & other
∎ layouts as well & when required coordinate with clients & land owners regarding the design-
∎ related issues.
∎ Site Control & site visits for proper implementation of Architectural design.
∎ Maintain Liaison with various other Departments, Government, semi-Government &
∎ Autonomous Bodies for various approval of construction works & Infrastructure Projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Graduates from Public Universities will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Commensurate remuneration package will be offered for the deserving candidate.
