∎ Bachelor in Architecture (B.ARC).
∎ Graduate from public university will get preference.
∎ Must be a fellow member of IAB.
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility to run the architectural department efficiently with quality output of architectural design in respect of stipulated time and budget.
∎ Co-ordinate & Liaison with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality projects accurately with utmost management satisfaction.
∎ Understand Engineering drawing related to work, particularly architectural, structural drawings and other associated detail drawings on the basis of present Rajuk rules.
∎ Architect_ GM will supervise and oversee the team to develop all the architectural drawings as well as budget and all other related activities like preparing the schedule of architectural design and drawing of total projects and transfer to construction related departments for action.
∎ He will responsible for following up new projects from planning, drawing ,material selection and working with other team members. Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as well and when required coordinate with clients and land owner regarding design related issues.
∎ Site control and site visits for proper implementation of architectural design.
∎ Maintain liaison with various other departments , government ,semi- government , and autonomous bodies for various approval of construction works and infrastructure project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge of related software applications.
∎ Sound knowledge in coordinating between team to team as well as business group to authority bodies.
∎ Deserving candidate should have experience in residential, commercial, govt infrastructure projects, condominium projects, multi-family, hotels, facilities etc.
