Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the accounting and fund management operations of the company, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and reporting process.
∎ Analyze Business results and prospects continuously and derive innovative ideas for the growth opportunities.
∎ Implement and manage ERP project for Textile Division.
∎ Develop Business process or standard operating procedure (SOP) for different activities / operations.
∎ Review all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness. Ensure data integrity of subsidiary modules like intercompany, suppliers, customers, inventory and fixed assets.
∎ Monitor all expenditure and financial transactions and take necessary initiatives to control.
∎ Ensure all stakeholders (Management team, board of directors, auditors) receive accurate and timely financial management information as and when required.
∎ Prepare annual budget as a tool under 360 degree performance management concepts. Prepare forecasts every months.
∎ Conduct Management Committee Meetings and Monthly Performance Meetings effectively to make those real platforms for problem solving and consultative functional decision making.
∎ Prepare feasibility for potential projects in practicable manner with sensitivity analysis.
∎ Continuously review the progresses of new and additional/expansion capex projects and assist management for effective and efficient implementation. Report progress regularly.
∎ Facilitate financing for new new and additional/expansion capex projects.
∎ Manage company funds to ensure its efficient ways at minimum costs.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years' post qualification experience
∎ Out of 5 years', 3 years must be in Dyeing, Printing and Fabrics industry
∎ IT Functional Knowledge
∎ ERP/ Software implementation in Integrated Textile
∎ Business Process/SOP preparation
∎ Cost Analysis and production planning
