∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate all types of samples: Development, Proto, Fit, Size set, Seal and etc. with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis. Timely identifying & resolving mass production impracticalities.
∎ Expertise in pattern making for woven and jersey Control CAD system and plotter
∎ Communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, merchandisers, QC with to provide technical advice and recommend corrective actions on technical issues
∎ Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set.
∎ Sealing of pre-production sample & handover style file for mass production.
∎ Provide training and technical support for the vendor to implement e-pattern approval process.
∎ Provide required training/guidelines to garments makers to update/enhance their skills on technical, quality, and operational capabilities.
∎ Garment wash knowledge to assess material consumption for production Experience in both manufacturer and buying offices are preferable
∎ Experience in both manufactures and buying offices are preferable
