Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Education Institute, e-learning platform, YouTube Content Creation, and Freelancing.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in WordPress & front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, databases, etc.).
• Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience in training and freelancing marketplaces like Fiverr & Upwork will be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in an educational or mentoring role is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

• MDB IT Institute (Education Institute, Course Selling, Service Selling platform)

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern technologies.

• Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.

• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.

Mentorship & Teaching:

• Mentor and guide students through practical projects and coursework.

• Provide personalized feedback and support to help students overcome technical challenges.

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons and workshops on various web development topics.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.

Collaboration & Improvement:

• Work closely with other developers and instructional staff to enhance the learning experience.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.

• Contribute to the development of new course materials and resources.
