• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Education Institute, Advertising Agency, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company video content creation.
• Proven experience in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to create high-quality static designs when required Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.
• Experience in training and freelancing marketplaces like Fiverr & Upwork will be preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Skills & Expertise: Creative Design, Digital visual static, dynamic content making, Graphics Design, Illustrator, motion design, motion graphics, Photoshop, Short Video, Ads, video content, and Video Editing.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Mentor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Motion Graphic and Video Editing and a passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities & Context

MDB IT Institute (Education Institute, Course Selling, Service Selling platform)

Job Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Create engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality videos that meet brand standards.

• Planning content and shooting with camera educational, review, promotional, and tutorial videos.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished final products, including adding special effects, transitions, and soundtracks.

• Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

Static Design:

• Occasionally assist with creating static design assets, such as graphics for social media, banners, and promotional materials.

Mentoring:

• To train motion and video editing based on their curriculum.

• Check assignments and support students.
