∎ Qualifications:
∎ Experience: 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress, Laravel, PHP, and ReactJS.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Expert-level knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
∎ Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
∎ Strong experience with ReactJS for front-end development.
∎ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
∎ Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
∎ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in code quality, UI/UX, and security.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Preferred Qualifications: Experience with version control systems like Git.
∎ Familiarity with modern development workflows and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
∎ Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Web Development: Lead the development of websites and web applications using WordPress, Laravel, PHP, and ReactJS. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.Custom Development: Design and implement custom features, plugins, and themes for WordPress, as well as custom modules and functionalities in Laravel.Full-Stack Development: Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between the server-side logic and the user interface.Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in web development.
∎ Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
∎ Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
∎ Integration: Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party services and other internal systems.
∎ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the tech stack, ensuring the stability and performance of all web applications.
∎ Security: Implement security best practices to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
