Job Context:
∎ We’re looking for an experienced and innovative developer to take the lead in developing an Online Recruitment Platform for one of our overseas clients in Australia.
∎ The role is responsible for understanding the client’s expectations and translating the business vision into the product details. Therefore, you not only should be an expert in front-end design and back-end development but also should be familiar with the global online recruitment platforms and their operating procedure.
∎ Your creativity and business acumen skills will make you a good fit for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage front-end design and back-end development of the website.
∎ Maintain and improve a website.
∎ Optimize applications for maximum speed.
∎ Ensure system integration with back end activities.
∎ Write sufficient and clear documentation on every feature build.
∎ Create quality mock-ups and prototypes.
∎ Write test cases and deliver coverage for every business logic.
∎ Ensure that designs comply with the specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design.
∎ Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and the latest version of Angular.
∎ Experience in Spring Framework.
∎ Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, design framework (Bootstrap) and API usage.
∎ Experience in creating user-friendly and full responsive web pages.
∎ Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
∎ In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
∎ Knowledge of SEO principles.
∎ Experience in using Git version control system.
∎ Work effectively in Pairs – Pair Programming.
∎ Experience in Amazon Web Services.
∎ Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
∎ Excellent knowledge of NoSQL Database (MongoDB) and ORM technologies (Spring Data Mongo).
∎ Experience in developing online recruitment platforms.
∎ Understanding of global recruitment platforms and product features.
