Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
Provide primary consulting and information to walk-in clients and phone inquiries regarding our training programs and job opportunities in Japan.
Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including:
Receiving and making phone calls
Responding to messages and comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Messenger, etc.)
Data entry and updates in Google Sheets
Making follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients
Assist the team in handling social media pages by posting updates, replying to queries, and maintaining engagement.
Support in File processing and document preparation for visa applications and training enrollment.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
Additional Requirements:
