∎ Graduate from any discipline from reputed university
∎ 3-4 years of working experience as customer service/support executive in any service sector (experience in hospital and hotel will be given preference)
∎ Excellent knowledge on the functions customer service
∎ Knowledge and hands on experience on MS office, google attributes and zoom
∎ Empathetic and good listener
∎ An effective team member to be the team leader
∎ Energetic and ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to understand the business and perform accordingly

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the front desk team in providing excellent customer service
∎ Understand the role of the front desk executive and provide then training accordingly on regular basis
∎ Provide constructive report to the head of the department on weekly basis
∎ Disseminate instructions and information from top management to the team
∎ Perform the front desk role on limited capacity
∎ Monitor the cash transactions and reconciliation with the Accounts department
∎ Be supportive and empathetic to the team members
∎ Must work in other branches once every week.
