Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests
∎ Direct the visitors to the appropriate person and office
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
∎ Perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
∎ Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
∎ Proficient in English (oral and written)
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
∎ Strong communication and people skills
∎ Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
∎ Problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation
∎ Applicant Must Be Honest, Sincere, and Hardworking
∎ Should be a Self-starter and Proactive.
