∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome to all (visitors) and Clients & provides according to visitors queries and requirements.
∎ Answer all incoming phone calls, keep notes and transfer to concern person/ Department if required.
∎ Receive all incoming letters, parcel and send to concern person on time.
∎ Maintaining Daily In and Out time.
∎ Support day to day administrative work.
∎ Support HR to arrange Interviews.
∎ Communicating with short listed candidates for interview as per scheduled date and time.
∎ Maintain canteen lunch and prepare lunch bills.
∎ Maintain stationary items and distribute.
∎ Maintaining different logs & registers.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Good at MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Smart thinker and able to handle critical situations effectively.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ The candidates should have problem-solving abilities with analytical skill.

Salary: Negotiable
