Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate persons.
∎ Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
∎ Handle queries and address complaints.
∎ Receive deliveries, packages, letters, CV's etc.
∎ Maintain a visitor's logbook.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Keeping messages of staffs in their absence.
∎ Attend visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.
∎ Manage mail dispatch desk and handle all incoming and outgoing mails efficiently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Front Desk, Reception
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Smart, good looking, energetic, dedicated, and positive approach to assigned work.
∎ The candidate should be smart to handle any difficult situation.
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
∎ Good at multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
