Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests.
∎ Provide service information and conduct onsite tours to customers, follow up with leads, and sign-up new members.
∎ Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Hands-on Experience with office equipment (e.g. printer, Projector, TV, POS machine, etc)
∎ Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
∎ Keep updated records and files.
∎ Flexible to work in shifts and any branches as needed.
∎ Opening / Closing space daily.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Barista Trained/Experienced person will be highly preferred.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
∎ Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
∎ Good organizational and multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
∎ Customer service orientation.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
