Job Context:
∎ Manage the phone calls, welcome visitors/clients, note visitors/clients inquiries, convince and impress visitors and convert them to clients, handle each client, follow up the inquiries and solve client`s problem.
∎ Work hours: 10am - 8pm.
∎ Job Location: House # 30( Level-3), Road # 3/D, Sector # 9, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To greet and welcome all the guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in a professional manner.
∎ To provide proper guidance to the guests and handle them in good manner.
∎ To receive all the calls with proper greetings & manners and forward the call to the respective person.
∎ To maintain all the records properly in a detail in register book.
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Managing Director, and updating & following up with him regularly.
∎ To perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to handle visitors in a proper and polite manner.
∎ Good looking, smart and pleasing personality.
∎ Applicants with physical height 5'3" or above are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla languages.
∎ Highly efficient in telephonic conversation
∎ Problem-solving mindset.
∎ Commitment to continuous learning.
∎ High on energy and enthusiasm to ensure the quality of service to our clients.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Must have excellent computer knowledge, such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and digital marketing platforms, such as facebook, youtube, instragram, etc.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
