Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive visitors, guests, customers/suppliers or their representatives and attend as required.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the PABX system.
∎ Receive & deliver letters, messages and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
∎ Maintain records of documents before internal/ external transmission through Courier Service.
∎ Provide general administrative support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in MS Office Tools is mandatory (MS WORD, MS EXCEL etc).
∎ Self starter with creative approach to problem solving.
∎ Acts consistently in line with organizational goals and work under pressure.
