∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Fluency in English and Bengali, Microsoft word and excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Call Center, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
∎ PABX Operation & Facilitate telephone connections to all employees
∎ Keep record of visitors name and address
∎ Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/mails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained as per policy of the company.
∎ Maintain appointment diary
∎ To organize smooth Front Office Operation

Salary: Negotiable
