Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Involved in product development and sampling stage and taking care of quality aspects of samples. Follow the buyer's requirements sincerely and follow their comments and spec sheet to make a good garment. Correspondence with the buyer any technical, approval, information, or approval issue or any other required issue. Sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garment outlook appearance, and fitting (dummy and model) on fit samples. Make pattern corrections to achieve the desired fit and look. Identify and analyze problems, make sound recommendations, and take appropriate action. Follow-up to ensure all production details and specifications are being respected (i.e. corrections made to production). Production feasibility (all kinds of process). Analyze quality reports and prepare & execute an improvement plan.
