∎ Proven knowledge on different buyers’ safety requirements, NFPA, BNBC, Labor Law and must have clear knowledge on all kind of devices on FPS & FDS and Fire Door.
∎ Must have good knowledge on social compliance requirements.
∎ Strong communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Maintain general fire safety, detection & protection system as required according to customer and law.
∎ 2. Set up and follow up firefighting equipment as per law and fire prevention Act.
∎ 3. Responsible for fire safety management, protection, NFPA & BNBC requirements to ensure fire safety in the company.
∎ 4. Monitor and ensure that the facility of fire hydrant & fire pumps is adequate and are working properly.
∎ 5. Daily walk round/floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up the daily checklist activities of the firefighting team.
∎ 6. Set in-house strong firefighting and rescue team in all the departments.
∎ 7. Ensure in- house fire training for firefighters, rescuers, new and old employees, and security personnel.
∎ 8. Responsible to conduct fire & emergency evacuation drills as per law.
∎ 9. Responsible to conduct firefighting training from FSCD authority.
∎ 10. Monitoring & auditing fire safety for all the subordinates of the department.
∎ 11. Develop & update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ 12. Ensure safety compliance with the company policies and industry regulations.
∎ 13. Responsible to lead a fire safety team efficiently.
∎ 14. Suggest improvement on fire safety.
∎ 15. Conduct monthly training to all employee on fire safety awareness.
∎ 16. Any other task assigns by management from time to time in HR, Admin & Compliance Department.
∎ 17. Assist/Support to conduct all kind of internal/external/Buyers/3rd party audit.
