Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and maintenance of alarm system permanently installed in Jamuna Future Park for fire extinguishing wet riser and sprinkler system, wet chemical system, detection system (smoke detector, beam detector, heat detector and gas detector). , Daily notifications to the General Manager.
∎ To prepare the demand for necessary equipment and present it to the General Manager.
∎ Necessary replacement of permanent fire extinguishing systems as per the directions of the authorities, ensuring related expansion work.
∎ Distribute and supervise the work of all the fire officers and firemen.
∎ Supervise the daily and fortnightly maintenance work of electric and diesel powered pumps, panel boards and equipment installed in the Fire Fighting Pump House.
∎ Supervise the daily and fortnightly maintenance of fire control room panel boards and other machineries, UPS system, emergency lights, exit marking sign and exit sign and prepare the required equipment and present it to the General Manager.
∎ Supervise and ensure necessary repair work of fire extinguisher refilling, delivery hose welding, hydrant box and fire exit door.
∎ Preparation of training schedule for ensuring institutional training of newly appointed Fire Technicians and Supervisors, ensuring its implementation as approved by the authorities.
∎ To perform other duties as directed by the authorities.
