Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have well knowledge & ensure fire & life safety for the factory as per Accord/Alliance/NFPA/BNBC Standard & Guidelines.
∎ Should have experience in RSC protocol.
∎ Should have the ability to teamwork, a leading personality & capability to control the fire safety team.
∎ Ensure safety rounds in all respective areas to free & unblock egress for all employees.
∎ Train up all workers /staff /employees especially security guards on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid & demonstration.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Should have well knowledge on operation and maintenance of Addressable Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector & Fire Hydrant systems.
∎ Equipment checking such as Smoke detectors, fire hydrant, fire doors, emergency lights, exit signs, fire extinguishers & other firefighting equipment periodically.
∎ Conducts regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills to aware employees of any emergency incident. Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on an urgent basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with the fire service authority. Prepare all safety standards, policies, reports & documentation on fire safety issues including emergency response plans and procedures.

∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules related to Textile / Garments Sector.
