∎ 5 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as a financial analyst.
∎ A professional qualification, such as CA (partly completed), is preferred.
∎ In-depth knowledge of financial trends within the company and broader market dynamics.Proficiency in finance software and tools.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.Proven ability to manage, guide, and lead employees in implementing effective financial processes.
∎ Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
∎ Familiarity with statutory legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provided financial reports and interpreted financial information for managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
∎ Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should take.
∎ Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
∎ Analyze expenses, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
∎ Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
∎ Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
∎ Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
∎ Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
