Responsibilities & Context:
Processing and paying invoices
Preparing and distributing checks to employees and vendors
Processing bank transfer requests
Checking and updating ledger balances
Scanning, filing and logging account documents
Updating computerized accounting systems
Assist with day-to-day activities.
