Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Bachelor/ Masters from any discipline.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who have science background up to H.S.C level.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to achieve Sales objective through prescription generation and improve the productivity as well.
∎ Develop specific plans to ensure both short and long-term sales growth through ethical marketing.
∎ Match or compare the number of orders received and the product with the daily target.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Report regularly to Zonal Manager (ZM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and monthly to Deputy Sales Manager (DSM) about the progression of team's achievement of sales target.
∎ Supervise & administer the daily activities of team members as per company policy.
∎ Monitor and analyze team members' performance regularly to ensure achievements and compliance with marketing policy.
∎ Maintain healthy communication & relationship within the team to retain the team members.
∎ Ensure optimized utilization of resources by the team members.
∎ Need to ensure product training for own and the subordinates.
∎ Perform the duty of the Medical Information Officer (MIO) in vacant market in need.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with Doctor, Healthcare professions and Chemist to achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions.
∎ Monitor activities, products, and services of competitors and provide market review of new products and services.
∎ Explore new business opportunities (market expansion) in the remote areas.
∎ Attend monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of company regularly.
∎ Remain informed about company products, services, and internal marketing policy.
∎ Maintain various administrative matters (joining, resignation, leave etc.) of subordinates.
∎ Maintain liaison with HR and Admin department.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (from reputed pharmaceutical company).
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Age between 35 to 40 years will be preferred. Age may be relaxed depending on fulfillment of other criteria.
∎ The candidate should be Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and achieve sales targets through guiding and supervising the field forces in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Have experience as FS at Chandpur, Cumilla, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Hobigonj, Jashore, Munshiganj, Narail, Netrokona, Sirajgonj, Sunamgonj, Sylhet regions are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Possess high ethical standards and moral principles.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of Medicine/Product.
∎ Ability to build & manage a team in remote areas.
∎ Ability to increase prescription by Relationship Marketing.
∎ Ability to supervise & develop a team in a regular basis to ensure the monthly sales & collection.
∎ Ability to work in flexible work schedule and willing to work and travel in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Smart personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Problem-solving ability with analytical skill, and time management skill.
