Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to operate and maintain machinery as per the manual.
∎ Identify, formulate and produce practical solutions to emerging problems.
∎ Support to solve any plant abnormalities through teamwork.
∎ Monitor all process parameters, finding operational problems & troubleshooting during plant operation.
∎ Support the production team to solve problems and improve departmental/operational measures.
∎ Carry out field operations as per the instruction of the shift in charge/DCS Engineer/Field Engineer.
∎ Take a round of the field and ensure the equipment's safe operation in consultation with the control room.
∎ Find any abnormality during production and notice that to the control room immediately.
∎ Follow the instruction to ensure safe and efficient operation.
∎ Assist to prepare chemical batches as per the requirement.
∎ Monitor and ensure the plant's safety when taking any hot job/cold job/unloading chemicals/transferring chemicals from one place to another.
∎ Maintain the shift log & field log sheet and hand over the charge to the reliever during changing the shift.
∎ Prepare documents for all chemical use in the PVC/VCM/PET/Ethylene plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people.
∎ Willing to work with new technology.
∎ Should be physically fit.
