Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lessons in accordance with the Edexcel Curriculum, focusing on core/foundational subjects.

• Classroom Management: Create a positive and orderly environment that encourages active participation, where students feel safe to learn.

• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as needed to meet individual learning needs. 

• Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child`s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

• Extracurricular Involvement: Lead, encourage and support students to participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, sports, excursion, science fair, debate and in other activities / events to enhance their overall educational experience.

• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest educational practices and methodologies
