Job Context: Parrots Academy Kulaura Branch is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our institution, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality IELTS training to our students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise the teaching and administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Student Relations: Act as a point of contact for students, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Assurance: Monitor the quality of teaching and learning materials to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the academy.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on academy performance to the higher management.
