• Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with leading fashion brands in Bangladesh.
• Strong portfolio showcasing men’s wear & women’s wear designs.Deep knowledge of fabrics, cuts and stitching quality.
• Creativity with the ability to merge tradition and modernity in men’s & women’s wear.
• Strong sense of trend forecasting and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop new men’s & women’s wear designs with fresh and innovative concepts.
• Research global fashion trends and adapt them to the local market.
• Create seasonal collections that balance modern style and cultural aesthetics.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility, fabric selection, and finishing quality.
• Provide detailed technical sketches, mood boards, and color palettes.
• Ensure timely design delivery aligned with brand launches and campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for styling in photoshoots, campaigns, and look books.
