∎ Hon’s or Masters in fashion designing from a reputed design university / institute. Result: CGPA 3.40 out of 4.00 CGPA

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Sector # 03, Dhaka
∎ Time 11.00 AM – 7.00 PM,
∎ 6 days a week, Saturday to Thursday,
∎ Work place: Work at office
∎ Tex Style is a unique innovative sustainable fashion brand in Bangladesh producing international goods on fashion quality design and fabric. SARAZ Fiber Tech (sustainable yarn spinning) is our mother company established in 2010.
∎ Fashion designer for menswear, womenswear, Boys & Girls wears, kidswear based on sweater knitting department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to create own concept and design sourcing new designs, and ideas on Men’s, Women’s, boys, girl’s and kid’s garments items.
∎ You will be responsible for designing and developing the product range for our EYS brand product line.
∎ Should have graphics knowledge on a garments basis.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities / yarn / measurements / technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Create an initial flat sketch and transform them into detailed tech packs for every style.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and material trends.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Carry out merchandising activity and ensure timely deliver of all raw materials and trims for smooth production.
∎ Visit the various fabric and accessories local markets on a regular basis to source the best raw material for the product line.
∎ You will have to utilize the company's different manufacturing strengths and capacities in coordination with available yarn from the stock to develop products that match the brand identity of EYS
∎ Should have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media.
∎ You must ensure that the brand is consistently offering trendy and quality products to customers and be up to date with international fashion trends.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 4 Years working experience in the relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in Fashion Designing in any reputed local fashion brand, merchandising in any boutique / fashion house.
Salary:
∎ TK. 15000 – 20000 (Monthly). Salary can be negotiable for more knowledgeable in above job responsibilities.

∎ T/A, Mobile Bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: 50% from office dinning
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Others as per company policy
