Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Higher degree in design from renowned university is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market trends to understand about new fashion trend.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
∎ Develop idea and produce design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)
∎ Collaborate with technical and marketing team.
∎ Organize all samples and showroom.
∎ Participate in buying meeting.
∎ Create seasonal trend and concept boards, ensuring that there's a pipeline of new products for our customer & Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and technique.
∎ Create artwork with callouts (i.e., detailed specs, technique, color swatches, product detail placement, etc.)
∎ Maintain aesthetic and design that is on brand throughout all design work
∎ Work closely with Product Design and Sampling teams to produce trend-driven/updated artworks within specified deadlines
∎ Develop complete tech packs in coordination with the design team, including detailed specifications, fabrications, and technical drawings
∎ Ensure technical execution to include with drawings, including measurements, color pantones, and design detail specifications of all illustrative art.
∎ Ensure sizing, formatting art files and sending to factories for development
∎ Responsible for tech packs maintenance, tracking changes/additions, and clear timely communication with cross-function partners across international production managers, technical design team, and merchandising
∎ Create initial sketches from conceptual ideas and mood-boards.
∎ Create technical flat drawing for primary pattern development.
∎ Overseeing the sample production by follow up from sample team
∎ Have necessary knowledge for calculating fabric and accessory shrinkage.
∎ Assist in fitting session and make notes of modifications needed to be made to samples to discuss with sample team later.
∎ Assist in creating tech packs for mass production.
∎ Identify potential production, quality and costing issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity.
∎ Visit the various local fabric and accessories market on a regular basis to research the latest raw material for the product line.
∎ You will also have to co-ordinate with different manufacturing facilities and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Must have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media.
∎ Assist in styling and coordinating campaign photo shoots.

Experience required on Sweaters industry.
A very good knowledge of fashion design.
Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.
Proficiency in English language.
Good communication skills.
Both males and females even foreigner are allowed to apply.
Knowledge of the apparel retail industry, marketing principles, and product development process
Should have outstanding visual design skills in typography, composition, illustration, branding, and layout.
