Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with the brands & execute the research & development process, follow up & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery.
Source fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments. Meet suppliers and producers, negotiate prices.
Research and develop new designs & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast.
Innovate new techniques, applications & support industrialization.
Present & promote new designs & developments to the brands or customers.
Coordinate with concerned departments for price quotations, package shipping, releasing & payments, etc.
Cooperate with the team for planning, organizing & executing administrative duties.
Able to understand the needs of the customer/market target.
Any other task assigned by supervisor & management.
