Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A)
∎ MFA, BFA will be preferred, Diploma in Fashion Designing from any reputed institution
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Art & Sketch, Fashion Design, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have 2/3 years of Experience, in fashion designing will be preferred.
∎ Should be able to direct, understand, and advise on styling, pattern making, and fabrication.
∎ Good understanding of Woven and Tath fabrics.
∎ Knowledge to construct the garments/products as design and understand what materials work best in the designs being developed
∎ Design development using specific motif and ensure the final samples
∎ Strong communication skills to communicate ideas to relevant departments i.e Design, merchandising, quality as well as production team so they can understand and implement design ideas
∎ Must have excellent drawing skills mean he/she can easily sketch ideas onto paper to start the design process.
∎ Of course Artistic & Creative minded and able to combine colors, shades and tones
∎ Fashion conscious and should understand the market trends and requirements
