Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
∎ Proven experience as a Ladies Fashion Designer, preferably in a garment manufacturing company.
∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, better to know CLO).
∎ Strong knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
∎ Better skill about garment pattern.
∎ Excellent sketching and drawing skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and analyze current fashion trends to inspire and develop new design concepts.
∎ Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate your vision.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to choose fabrics, colors, and trims.
∎ Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring quality and fit.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and emerging fashion influences.
∎ Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.
∎ Participate in fittings and adjustments as needed to maintain design integrity.
