Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new collections.
∎ Research and identify emerging trends to inform design decisions.
∎ Create detailed sketches and technical drawings for production.
∎ Source materials and trims, ensuring quality and authenticity.
∎ Oversee the sampling and fitting process to maintain quality standards.
∎ Provide input on color palettes, fabric selection, and garment construction.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
